Welcome to the official web site for the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Education Association.  We are affiliated with the Ohio Education Association (OEA) and the National Education Association (NEA).  The purpose of this web site is to provide useful information to our membership so that we may communicate news of interest, share ideas throughout the district, and strengthen our sense of unity.

Our Mission

The BEA is the sole and exclusive representative for teachers in matters pertaining to wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment, and the continuation, modification, or deletion of an existing provision of a collective bargaining agreement.  It is our goal to perform these responsibilities with the support and trust of our membership.
